在2024枇杷成熟的季节,来自走遍苏州、苏州大学、苏州市职业大学等十余位外籍友人走进吴中区金庭镇,开启探索青种枇杷之旅。青种枇杷是全国十大精品枇杷,拥有国家农产品地理标识、国家绿色食品等多项“国字号”认证,深受大众喜爱。本次活动由常春藤农业专业合作社主办,走遍苏州、苏州市职业大学外国语学院协办,旨在通过枇杷采摘体验活动,感受苏州枇杷文化的独特魅力和深厚底蕴,增进多元文化交流,助力枇杷国际推广。
In 2024, as the loquats reached their peak ripeness, dozens of foreign friends, who come from ALBUM OF SUZHOU, Suchow University, Suzhou Vocational University and other organizations, walked into Jinting Town, Wuzhong District. They explored a journey of Qingzhong loquat. Qingzhong loquat is one of the top ten quality loquat products in China, and boasts a number of national brand certifications such as national Geographic Identification of Agricultural Products and National Green Food certification. The public is fond of Qingzhong loquat deeply. This activity is sponsored by Suzhou Ivy Agricultural Cooperative Hall and organized jointly by ALBUM OF SUZHOU and School of Foreign Languages, Suzhou Vocational University. It aims to experience the unique charm and profound heritage of Suzhou loquat culture through the loquat picking experience, enhance multiple cultural exchanges, and help publicize the international promotion of loquat.
首先大家来到了太湖之畔、西山岛上的青种枇杷发源地——金庭镇秉常村罗汉坞。在枇杷林中,苏州常春藤农业合作社负责人谢芳萍为外籍友人讲解青种枇杷的种植历史、品种特点和营养价值,随后介绍了如何采摘枇杷。大家尝试采摘了品质优良的青种枇杷,在品尝后对其酸甜可口的味道称赞不已,纷纷打卡合影为枇杷当起了模特。
First of all, they came to the bank of Taihu Lake, Xishan Island which is the origin of Qingzhong loquat -- Jinting Town, Bingchang village Luohan dock. In the loquat forest, Xie Fangping, head of Suzhou Ivy Agricultural Cooperative Hall, explained the planting history, variety characteristics and nutritional value of Qingzhong loquat for foreign friends, and then introduced how to pick loquat. They tried to pick the excellent quality of Qingzhong loquat. After tasting, they praised the taste of its sweet and sour, have a group photo for loquat as a model.
在谢芳萍的指导下,外籍友人还现场学习了枇杷果酱的制作。大家认真地将枇杷一颗颗剥好捣碎放进锅中熬煮,不到一小时,清甜的枇杷果香就从锅中溢出,引得大家忍不住品尝起自制枇杷酱。
苏州市职业大学外国语学院青年志愿者担任语言的桥梁,通过热情引导和用心服务,促进多元文化交流融合。在千年古树的荫蔽下,阳光透过枝丫照射在饱满金黄的枇杷果上,大家表示这是一次新奇而独特的体验。
Guided by Xie Fangping, foreign friends learned the production of loquat jam on the spot as well. They carefully peeled and mashed the loquat one by one into the pot to boil within an hour, the sweet loquat fruit aroma spilled from the pot, which attracted everyone to taste homemade loquat sauce.
The young volunteers of the School of Foreign Languages of Suzhou Vocational University serve as the bridge of language differences, and promote the integration of multiple cultural exchanges through enthusiastic guidance and sincere service. Under the shade of the thousand-year-old trees, the sun shines through the branches on the full and golden loquats, which is a new and unique experience.
制作品尝完枇杷果酱,大家来到了苏州常春藤农业合作社参观,继续了解青种枇杷的衍生产品,包括枇杷膏、枇杷露、枇杷花茶等,大家感叹一种水果可以开发出这么多特色农产品。
After tasting loquat jam made by foreign friends, they came to Suzhou Ivy Agricultural Cooperative Hall to visit, and continue to learn the origin and history of loquat, including loquat paste, loquat dew, loquat flower tea, etc., they sighed that such a single fruit can develop so many special agricultural products.
