On April 22, Mr. Liu Zi, Chief Liaison Officer of Chinese Culture and International Education Exchange Center (South Africa) held a video conference with the South African student representatives in Suzhou Vocational University. Tang Xiaojun, deputy dean of SVU International College, joined the meeting.

Liuzi extended the best regards from MerSETA, CathSETA and CCIEEC to the students in SVU. He hoped that the students would follow the epidemic prevention and control rules of the university, take self-protective measures and keep them safe and healthy. Students thanked him for the support from their motherland, saying that the school worked hard to ensure that their study and life are in a good order during their stay on campus. They have a safe and smooth life at school and are currently engaged in online learning. Liu Zi speaks highly of the teaching arrangement from SVU and hopes that the students will study hard and master knowledge and skills which are helpful for their future employment. He suggests that they record wonderful moments in China in various ways and bear China-Africa friendship in mind.
