更换宿舍之前，须做到：
宿管人员检查原宿舍是否有物品损坏。Both rooms are checked by the dorm office for any loss or damage to the room property.
学生缴清当期的水电费用。Water and electricity bills are cleared before changing rooms.
学生交回原宿舍的钥匙。Keys should be taken back before getting the new ones.
